Additions to Leadership Team Ensures Long-Term Sustainability
DETROIT, Feb. 02, 2016 – Giffels Webster, a Detroit-headquartered consulting firm specializing in infrastructure solutions for public, private and institutional clients, announced the addition of three new partners to the company’s leadership team. The partners, who are now shareholders in the company, are tasked with maintaining the long-term vision of sustainability.
“The new partners represent the next steps in continuing the legacy of Elmer Giffels and Frank Webster,” said Scott Clein, PE, LEED, AP, president and partner at Giffels Webster. “They bring energy and new ideas that, when coupled with the existing leadership, will help propel the company for decades to come.”
The newly named partners and their respective areas of expertise include:
- Michael Kozak, PE – Kozak is based in the Macomb County office and specializes in a mix of municipal, residential and commercial projects.
- Michael Marks, PE – Marks is based in the Detroit headquarters and specializes in private, institutional and urban redevelopment projects.
- Jason Mayer, PE, LEED AP – Mayer is based in the Oakland County office and specializes in municipal engineering projects.
The new partners will continue their current roles of managing projects, guiding clients and leading their peers at each of their respective offices around Southeast Michigan. As leadership team members, they will have a more active role in company policy and overall management of the firm.
