Parental Leave Policy
Giffels Webster provides a parental leave policy that allows all employees to take paid time off for the birth, adoption or placement of a child in foster care and provides additional paid time off during the first year after they return to work.
Vacation Time
All full-time employees are eligible for paid time off. Vacation benefits begin at two weeks per year and increase with seniority. In addition to vacation time, all employees are eligible to earn an additional week or discretionary time off to help manage what life throws at us.
