DETROIT, Nov. 15, 2020 – Giffels Webster, a Detroit-headquartered consulting firm specializing in community infrastructure and land development solutions for public and private clients, has been named one of Michigan’s 2021 Top Workplaces by the Detroit Free Press. This is the fifth consecutive year Giffels Webster has earned this designation.
“We all work incredibly hard to create an environment of inclusion and collaboration at Giffels Webster,” said Scott Clein, president and partner at Giffels Webster. “We strive to be a great place to work, where people can be themselves and freely apply their talents to help our great clients complete meaningful projects for the community.”
The Detroit Free Press partners with Energage, an employee research and consulting firm, to identify award-winning companies using anonymous online surveys. The survey asks staff members to measure their workplace on company culture, benefits, workplace communication, flexibility, and more.
“Everyone has been through so much during the past year,” said Clein. “Our culture, built around collaboration and mentoring, has been tested by the pandemic. The resilience of our team is remarkable, and to maintain this designation is special.”
Giffels Webster was awarded the designation in the Small Michigan Top Workplaces category, which recognized companies with 149 or fewer employees in the region.
