Keast Commons

Overview

The Giffels Webster survey, civil engineering, and landscape architecture teams collected campus feedback for a park setting within the Wayne State University campus. The project site is unique to the campus and to the City of Detroit because it has the potential to provide needed open space for users along with flexibility for events such as movie night, rallies, food truck gatherings, and outdoor concerts. The site design has focused on flexibility of space for current and future programming needs. Giffels Webster also provided a branding sign design for the project.
