Sterling Center Apartment Community

Giffels Webster collaborated with the owner and architect to design a 126-unit apartment building on a former shopping center parking lot, preserving sufficient parking to maintain compliance. The refined site layout also included landscaping around the development and a large open courtyard at the building entrance for resident amenities. Giffels Webster led the conceptual design, prepared PUD site planning documents, managed a parcel split, and developed legal descriptions for the PUD agreement. The team also conducted topographic and boundary surveys, created engineering plans for permitting, and drafted utility, cross-access, and cross-parking easements. Once construction begins, Giffels Webster provided construction administration, layout, foundation grade certification, and as-built drawings to support successful project delivery.
