As President of Giffels Webster, Mike leads the firm with intention and integrity, honoring its strong foundation while positioning the company for continued growth and long-term success. With nearly 25 years of civil engineering experience, he is a respected and trusted professional whose expertise includes municipal infrastructure, design and administration, infrastructure rehabilitation, residential development and urban redevelopment.
Throughout his career, Mike has built strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners by bringing a collaborative, thoughtful approach to every aspect of his work. He believes strong leadership begins with listening, understanding different perspectives, and creating an environment where people can contribute ideas, solve challenges, and succeed together.
His open and innovative mindset allows his leadership style to continue evolving as the needs of the firm, its employees and the communities Giffels Webster serve changes. Mike is equally committed to the day-to-day responsibilities of leading the organization and to identifying opportunities that strengthen the firm for the future.
