St. John Lutheran Church and School

Starting in 2019, St. John Lutheran Church and School (Pre-school through 8th grade) has been implementing building expansions and site improvements in phases. An overall site survey complete with topographic work, easements and parcel combinations was completed first. Since then, this survey work has been updated throughout the project phasing. A conceptual master plan was created and has been the guiding document throughout the ongoing site work. The site rework included overall circulation improvements, reworking of stairs and ramps for greater accessibility, sports fields, parking lot reconfiguration, detention studies and rehabilitation of the landscape.
